They are raised freely in an area bigger than the industry average, which means healthier chickens. They are air-chilled to promote meat preservation and prevent the growth of bacteria. This helps the chickens retain their flavour and freshness. Also, the thin tamper-resistant packaging allows for exceptional freshness preservation as well.
