Simon de l’Est (creator of SJB BBQ sauces) developed his products following the BBQ competitions he takes part in. In fact, he took part in his first pro competition in Texas in January 2017, where he finished 3rd in all categories. It was following a visit to New Hampshire a few months ago that Simon noticed that several major American BBQ players were turning to emulsions. It was on his return from that long weekend that he created the three sauces and CREAM was born! CREAM products are 100% Québec-made.
